Update 25/11/13

Update 02/12/13

Thank you to everyone who has taken part in Leeds Schools Football Association Leagues and cups this year. In the majority of leagues there appear to have been lots of games played. However, no league managed to complete all fixtures (we all love a target for next year!)

Please CLICK to find attached the final league tables up dated over the weekend.

Well done to the winning schools, Medals and trophies for all league winners u10, u11 and u11 merit table been ordered and will be ready for collection shortly

St Nicholas are the winners of the u11 merit table.

The Champion play offs now need to be played and below is a list of fixtures.

The home team was decided by the team with most points in their league. Home teams should contact away teams this week to arrange the fixture.

Please arrange to play as soon as possible and let me know when you are playing as it helps in communication.

We would hope to play the champions final on a natural ground and we will arrange a neutral referee for the finals.

U11 9 aside

Adel v Gledhow Christ the King v St Theresas

Winners to play each other in the final.

u9 merit table.

The league standings have St Nicholas top with St Theresa's, Holy Family and St Anthony's the other 3 qualifiers

St Nicholas should arrange a suitable date (it can be played at St Nicholas Primary again if you wish)

St Nicholas v St Anthony's and Holy Family v St Theresas will be the two semifinals.

The winners will play for gold and silver with the two semi final losers playing for 3rd (bronze)

Girls merit table

The League standings have Holy Family as the top team with Meanwood, Tranmere Park and St Anthony's as the other qualifiers

Holy Family should arrange a suitable date and venue.

Holy Family v St Anthony's and Meanwood v Tranmere Park will be the two semifinals.

The winners will play for gold and silver with the two semi final losers playing for 3rd (bronze)

If I get dates of merit table play offs in enough time I will endeavour to try and get two referees for each evening, if this is not possible staff will have to do it.

Well done everyone

Good luck and keep me informed of dates please

Please also note I do not have emails for every team who took part in the leagues this year. If you have new contact details for anyone concerned in school football please forward this email to them.
